MONTANA’S PREMIERE LIFESTYLE CAMPUS

Billings, Montana’s west end has blossomed into an attractive residential and retail destination as a result of new development. Located at the corner of Central Avenue and Shiloh Road adjacent to the MSU-Billings COT campus, Shiloh Commons is positioning itself to be “Montana’s Premiere Lifestyle Campus”. At 9.37 acres in size, Shiloh Commons is a mixed-use development consisting of 144 upscale apartments spread amongst four, five-story garden style apartment buildings combined with 60,000 square feet of office and restaurant space. Additionally, a 6,300 square-foot retail building will include a drive-thru. Underground parking, rooftop terraces, and outdoor space make Shiloh Commons an attractive community for renters looking for a one-stop live-work community.

Sanderson Stewart has partnered with Stock Development and Studio 4 Architects to offer community design services including site evaluation, concept drawings, platting, masterplanning, site improvements and design, 3D renderings, all civil and transportation engineering, landscape architecture, surveying, and branding services. The Branding Studio’s work included: project naming options, logo design, tag lines, font and color selection, website design, and printed marketing materials including sales brochures, letterhead, die-cut business cards, and a comprehensive investment document. The Branding Studio along with Studio 4 Architects has also provided 3D renderings of apartment site plans, and a 3D-printed model of the entire project site and buildings.
