Immediate opening for a full-time Administrative Assistant. Duties include answering phones, greeting clients, typing, editing, document layout and production, filing, data entry, proofreading, scheduling appointments and making travel arrangements, ordering supplies, deliveries, mail processing, and other miscellaneous office and customer service-related duties as required. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. Must be able to demonstrate strong writing and verbal communication skills. Requirements: proficiency in MS Office. Flexibility to occasionally work longer hours to meet deadlines. Looking for someone with 5 + yrs. of experience in office administrative role. Experience in a planning/engineering office a plus.
