Sanderson Stewart, an award-winning, regional community design firm, is looking for someone to own our front office experience with a happy, can-do attitude and make an immediate positive contribution to our team of Cool, Smart, Talented People. This is a full-time position that will include: answering phones, greeting clients, typing, editing, document layout and production, filing, data entry, scheduling appointments and travel arrangements, ordering supplies, deliveries, light bookkeeping, mail processing, and just about every other miscellaneous office and customer service-related duty that might come up. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and dependable. Should be able to demonstrate effective verbal/ written communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Min. requirements: proficiency in MS Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other design software a plus. Flexibility to occasionally work longer hours to meet deadlines. 5+ yrs. of exp. in office administrative role, exp. in engineering/architecture/real estate/construction office a plus.
