We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator to manage a variety of administrative, project support and customer service functions in our Bozeman, MT office. This position is integral to ensuring efficient workflow in a professional office and is a front-line customer service provider to our ‘A’ Clients. An excellent office coordinator is efficient at a variety of administrative tasks, proficient with technology, highly organized, and able to manage their time efficiently when all the plates are spinning at once. Must be an outstanding communicator with top-notch verbal and written communications skills and scrupulous attention to detail. They should thrive working in a dynamic team environment, both in-person and virtual, and providing World Class customer service should be in their DNA.

Requirements: proficiency in MS Office 365. Flexibility to occasionally work longer hours to meet deadlines. Looking for someone with 5 + yrs. of experience in professional office support role. Experience in a planning/engineering office a plus.
