Sanderson Stewart partnered with McCall Development to bring the design of the Walter Creek Townhomes and park in Annafeld to life. Utilizing Sanderson Stewart’s own site design, our Branding Studio created a 3D model and fly-through video of these homes and the park activity before they were built to show potential residents what their future home would look and feel like.

Visualizations such as this are a powerful tool to help our partners bring their products to market faster and help potential buyers make confident decisions.  

As part of our comprehensive community design services, our team worked closely with the owner, our residential site civil team, our Placemaking Studio to turn the architect’s plans into a very lifelike 3D model of the townhomes, street and park.  Realistic details such as custom trim, lighting, and railing bring this visualization to life.
