REVITALIZING EXPOSITION GATEWAY
City of Billings W.O. 15-08, is the first construction phase in implementation of the previously completed Exposition Gateway Concept Plan, a vision for redevelopment and revitalization of the Exposition Gateway area in Billings,Montana. The challenge in design of W.O. 15-08 was how to facilitate the Exposition Gateway Concept Plan vision, while accommodating existing land uses and business needs. The two often-conflicting goals presented a number of design issues requiring collaboration with the property owners and City staff.
