The Homestead Business Park is a mixed-use commercial business park that is home to professional service firms, national big box retailers, restaurants, hotels, a multi-screen movie theater, a regional loan processing center, and more. A major business hub in Billings, this business park is defined by wide streets, walking connectivity, street frontage and on-site landscaping, and water amenities made possible by incorporating circulating streams and waterfalls within a development-wide internal storm drainage system and flood detention storage managed within and adjacent to man-made ponds and extensive on-site landscaping. Easy access is provided from King Avenue and South 24th Street West, two of Billings’ highest volume streets.

FROM MARKET ANALYSIS TO CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

Sanderson Stewart was involved in every aspect of this project, from master planning and pro forma market analysis to design, permitting, and construction management, including all perimeter streets, street lighting, and signals. The Homestead Business Park, with convenient interstate access via the west Billings interchange, has become a signature destination for travelers throughout the region.
