WHERE NEIGHBORS ARE FRIENDS
A sustainable residential community located in southwest Billings, Josephine Crossing is helping to pave the way for future “green” development in the area. This innovative subdivision promotes smart growth by creating closely spaced homes with large front porches, rear garages, and community green spaces call “pocket parks.” The streets are narrow by design, to slow traffic speeds offering protection to the neighborhood’s pedestrians and very active children. In addition, better sight view is provided to pedestrians with safe crossing bulbs. This walkable community presents neighbors with easy access to the Yellowstone River, and features an outdoor amphitheater, which is used to host a summer concert series. Josephine Crossing also offers neighbors the chance to participate in its community garden, Songbird. Subsequent phases of Josephine Crossing include Josephine Corner Townhomes, and a sister neighborhood, Annafeld.
JOSEPHINE CROSSING’S SIGNATURE POCKET PARKS, COMBINED WITH CARRIAGE LANES AND REAR GARAGES ENSURE THAT THE NEIGHBORHOOD’S CHILDREN ARE WELL PROTECTED FROM TRAFFIC
